How do I export email data from Comcast.net to a different email provider?


STEP 1.  Navigate to the Export Portal. We recommend using Firefox or Chrome.


STEP 2. Authenticate with your Comcast.net email account.

STEP 3. Choose where to Export. If your email provider is not listed, select Other.


Please use your existing email account with the new provider. If you don't have one, you can learn how to create one at the links below:


STEP 4. Choose what type of data to export: Email, Contacts, or Both.

STEP 5.  Authenticate with the email provider you’re transferring to.


STEP 6.  Start Export

Step 7. Check Export Status. You can also check your Export Status with your Export ID in the Export Portal.
