Export Email data from Comcast to a new Provider
Follow these steps to export your email from your Xfinity account to your new email provider.
Note: When using the Export Portal, we advise using either Firefox or Chrome as a web browser.
STEP 1. Navigate to the Export Portal.
STEP 2. Authenticate with your Comcast Email Account
STEP 3. Choose where to Export:
Please use your existing email account with another provider. If you don't have one, here is how you can create one:

Please select the appropriate button if your new email account is Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or Xfinity. If it is none of these, please select Other.
STEP 4. Choose what type of data to export: Email, Contacts, or Both
By selecting “Email” we will only copy your emails to the new account, and the same applies to “Contacts” If “Email and Contacts” are selected, we will copy both to your new email account.
STEP 5. Authenticate with your Destination Provider
After selecting your provider and entering your username and password, you will be asked to accept ShuttleCloud access.
Exporting to Gmail: Please select all and then Continue.
Exporting to Yahoo: Please press Agree.
Exporting to Outlook: Please press Accept.
STEP 6. Start Export on the next step
Step 7. Export status
An Export ID is needed to check the status of the export.
STEP 8. You can check your Export Status with your Export ID at the Export Portal.
