How do I export email data from Comcast.net to Microsoft?
To export your Comcast.net email data, please watch this video or follow the instructions below.
IMAP must be enabled from your Outlook settings for the export to work successfully.
STEP 1. Navigate to the Export Portal. We recommend using Firefox or Chrome.
STEP 2. Authenticate with your Comcast.net email account.
STEP 3. Choose Outlook. Please choose your existing Outlook account. If you don't have one, learn how to create one here.
STEP 4. Choose what type of data to export: Email, Contacts, or Both.
STEP 5. Authenticate with Outlook
STEP 6. Start Export
Step 7. Check Export Status. You can also check your Export Status with your Export ID in the Export Portal.
