How do I import PST into desktop Outlook?
You will receive two PST files one for email and one for contacts.
Windows users: PST files only work in classic Outlook. The new Outlook for Windows can't open or import them — if you don't see File → Open & Export, you're in new Outlook.

Switch the New Outlook toggle in the top-right corner off, then follow the steps below.
- In Outlook, Go to File and click on Open & Export.
- Select Open Outlook Data File

- Choose your PST file.
- Your contacts will be located under Exported Contacts in the address book.

- Your emails will be found under a folder labeled email.pst.
